Do guests need to download an app?
No. They open your property’s web link or scan their room’s QR code.
Does a WhatsApp request confirm a booking?
No. You or your reception team personally confirm availability and the price through WhatsApp.
Can rooms and villas have different prices?
Yes. Accommodation groups let the same service have different prices without creating duplicate services.
Who adds my content?
You do. Use templates or add your own services, photos and information. AI can help turn your existing information into a draft for you to review before publishing.
What happens after the trial?
You get 20 days plus 10 days of grace. Payments are coming soon. Unless an operator explicitly extends access, the guest app pauses after 30 days and retains your contact button.
Can I protect the guest app?
Yes. You can turn on a property access code. Guests do not need accounts.
